Ragnarok X: Next Generation will undergo server maintenance and a version update on July 27, 2026, 02:00 (UTC-4).
Estimated Duration: 5 hours
During maintenance, you will not be able to log in. Please plan your playtime accordingly and log out in advance to avoid any loss. Maintenance compensation will be sent via in-game mail after the update.
Reminder: After this maintenance, you will need to update the game client through the app store. Please download the latest version during the maintenance period. New version rewards can be claimed after the maintenance is completed.

Event Entry
Entry: Tap the Thank-you Support event icon on the main game screen.

Event Overview
During the Thank-you Support event, Adventurers can vote for the NPC they wish to thank. Adventurers can increase the selected NPC's Favor by donating designated items. Reach certain Favor milestones to claim corresponding rewards. The selected NPC will also provide a Buff, increasing yields from activities such as Gathering and Mining. The event consists of three phases—Voting, Results, and Support—and will run for 2 consecutive rounds (1 round per week over 2 weeks). Details are as follows:
Phase 1: Star of Spotlight
Voting begins!
Each NPC grants a different development buff. During the 2-day voting period, Adventurers can obtain Support Votes from the Daily Activity Chest and vote for their favorite NPCs.

Giving Gifts
￮ Consume eligible items to increase an NPC's Favor.
￮ Each NPC's Favor is tracked separately.
￮ Gifts cannot be given once an NPC reaches maximum Favor.
Favorite Gifts
￮ Each NPC has a favorite gift. Giving an NPC their favorite gift grants 20% additional Favor.
Gift Items
￮ Each NPC accepts 5 different gift items, one of which is their favorite.
Favor
￮ Favor starts at 0. Once it reaches MAX, it can no longer be increased.
Milestone Rewards
￮ Reach specific Favor milestones with each NPC to unlock corresponding rewards.
￮ Any unclaimed rewards will be sent via in-game mail after the current round ends.
Item Refunds
￮ If an NPC Buff triggers an item refund, the returned items can be claimed through the Gift button on the event page.
￮ Favor starts at 0. Once it reaches MAX, it can no longer be increased.
Pantheon
As the battle drums sound once again for the new season of the War of the Chosen (W.O.C), the fires of competition spread across Midgard! Ragnarok X: Next Generation invites all Adventurers to join the Hall of the Gods celebration. Cheer for your favorite team, witness the birth of new champions, and earn abundant rewards along the way!

W.O.C Preview
Be the first to preview the exclusive W.O.C Champion Outfits for both male and female characters.
The Champion Mount will also be showcased, featuring its majestic appearance and exclusive riding animations.
During the event, you can freely rotate the camera, inspect outfit details up close, and interact with the display models to preview this season's championship cosmetics before they're officially awarded.

Divine Wheel
As the tournament begins, the Divine Wheel opens simultaneously.
Complete Daily Missions and purchase limited-time event packs to obtain Divine Rune (exlusive token), which can be used to infuse energy for the whelel and receive rewards.
Grand prizes include 6 Gold Cards, 4 Blue Cards, along with numerous rare items.
Wheel Mechanics
The Wheel consists of 5 Fate Disks, represented by five colored slots from lowest to highest quality. Initially, only the first slot is activated.
Each time you infuse the energy, you will always receive the reward from the currently activated slot. At the same time, the system will then randomly determine one of the following:
▪ Activate the next slot, increasing the reward tier.
▪ Remain on the current slot.
▪ Reset back to the first slot. Rewards already obtained will never be lost.
Progress Rewards
Each infusion also fills the Progress Bar. Reach designated milestones to claim additional milestone rewards.
After all milestone rewards have been claimed, every additional set number of Infusions grants repeatable bonus rewards.
※Note:
▪ Any unused event currency will automatically be converted into Zeny at the specified exchange rate after the event ends and delivered via in-game mail.
▪ Any unclaimed wheel rewards will also be sent via mail after the event concludes.
Gods' Oracle
During the event, complete Daily Quests and Cumulative Quests to earn rewards, including Divine Rune (infusion token) and valuable progression materials.
Daily Quests: Refresh daily at 05:00.
Cumulative Quest:
- Available throughout Phase 2 (August 5, 2026, 05:00 – August 29, 2026, 04:59).
- Mission progress accumulates throughout the event.
- Reach specified milestones to unlock higher-tier rewards.
※Note: Daily Quests rewards must be claimed before the next daily reset at 05:00. Unclaimed rewards will expire and cannot be recovered.
Phase 3
August 29, 2026, 05:00 – September 12, 2026, 05:00
W.O.C Pinnacle
Once the champions have been crowned, the event page will showcase every member of the championship team from your division.
Each day, you may visit the W.O.C Pinnacle page and Like one champion adventurer (once per account per day). Each Like grants a Thank-You Gift Pack.
When the event concludes:
- The adventurer who receives the most Likes across all participants will earn the exclusive title S4 Everyone's Favorite.
- The most popular champion in each region (Popularity > 0) will receive the Everyone's Favorite title.
- If multiple adventures receive the same highest number of Likes, all tied adventurers will receive the title.
※Note: All titles will be distributed via in-game mail after the event ends.
W.O.C Store
The W.O.C Store will be available throughout the event. Divine Rune, rare items, and returning limited-time costumes will all be available for exchange. Don't miss this opportunity to obtain exclusive rewards!

War of the Chosen S4
The gods have always watched over the continent of Midgard.
It is said that only those who prove themselves worthy may ascend beyond mortal limits and stand beside the gods as their chosen champions.
Yet among humanity, exceptional warriors continue to emerge—heroes whose strength rivals that of the divine itself.
Recognizing mankind's relentless pursuit of power, the Allfather decreed that the gods of Asgard would host the War of the Chosen, a grand tournament where elite warriors gather into teams to test their combat prowess, tactical wisdom, and teamwork.
Remember: Only the strongest shall be chosen.
Season Theme
Following the themes of Thor, Apollo, and Hades, W.O.C S4 features Bastet, the Black Panther Goddess.
Champion costumes, mounts, and other exclusive rewards will all be designed around this season's theme.
Registration Rules
• Participants must be ROX Global players.
• Participants must not have violated the ROX Global Terms of Service, infringed upon the rights of others, or violated public order or morality.
• Multiple account registrations are prohibited.
• ROX Global staff members are not eligible to participate.
• Base Lv. 45 or above. World Base Lv. 45 or above.
• The server must have been open for more than 30 days.
• After the version update, players may register through the Contest Hall by selecting Register during the team formation period.
• Each account may register one character only. Registration cannot be changed afterward.
• Players may either create a team or join an existing team.
• Teams must consist of 5–8 players. Any members beyond the first five serve as substitutes and share the team's final results.
• All members of the same team must belong to the same server. Cross-server teams are not allowed.
Registration Process
1. Create a team or join an existing team.
2. Recruit or replace team members.
3. Confirm the final team roster.
4. The Team Leader initiates registration.
5. Team members confirm participation.
6. The Team Leader submits the registration.
7. Registration completed successfully.

Championship Rewards
Stars may fall, but only one shall stand above all.
The final champion of War of the Chosen S4 will receive the exclusive W.O.C Mount, the title [S4 Server Dominator], and generous Chosen Medals.
Competition Rules
Ranked Matches (Qualifiers)
✦ The qualification slots have been expanded to 64 teams. After the qualifier stage ends, the top 64 teams based on points will advance to the elimination stage.
✦ Starting from this W.O.C season, during the qualifier stage, teams from each division (including single-server champions) must complete at least 5 matches and achieve at least 1 victory to be included in the final leaderboard calculation.
✦ Rankings will continue to be determined according to the qualifier point rules.
✦ Teams that fail to meet the required number of matches and victories will not be included in the final leaderboard calculation but will still retain their rank rewards.
✦ The qualifier leaderboard will now display additional data, including number of wins and total matches played.
✦ If the total number of participating teams is fewer than 64, byes will be granted during the elimination stage.
✦ The original qualifier starting point rules remain unchanged: only teams that have completed at least 1 match will receive qualifier points. The qualifier baseline score remains 1100 points, with points calculated based on each match result.
✦ A new requirement has been added for qualifier rank rewards: teams must complete at least 1 match to claim rank rewards.
※ Note: The overall event flow, including Match Format, Competition Stages, and detailed battle mechanics such as Battlefield Map, Preparation Phase, Combat Rules, and Surrender Function, will follow the rules from W.O.C S3. Please refer to the official S3 announcement for details, which will not be repeated here.
Other Optimizations
1. Optimized King of Battlefield Evaluation Rules
(The King of Battlefield statistics will only begin counting from the elimination stage and will not include qualifier data.)
✦ FMVP
Among the members of the championship team, FMVP will be determined based on the following criteria:
* Most Kills in a Single Match
* Highest DMG Taken in a Single Match
* Fewest Deaths in a Single Match
* Most Pillars Captured in a Single Match
* Total Appearances during the Elimination Stage
The adventurer with the highest overall score will be awarded FMVP.
※ Note: Healing data will no longer be included in FMVP calculations.
✦ Champion Killer
Awarded to the adventurer with the highest total number of kills during the Elimination Stage across all participating teams.
✦ Tank Master
Awarded to the player with the highest overall score based on:
* Highest DMG Taken in a Single Match
* Longest Survival Time in a Single Match
* Total Appearances during the Elimination Stage
✦ Playoffs MVP:
During the elimination stage, the adventurer with the highest overall score based on:
* Number of MVP or SMVP awards obtained in a single match
* Total appearances during the elimination stage
will become the MVP King.
If scores are tied, the following priority will be used:
* (MVP + SMVP) × Appearances → Appearances → Number of MVP awards → Kills
The adventurer with the highest result will be selected.
✦ Healing Master will be removed
※ Note: A "single match" refers to each individual battle. A complete BO3 / BO5 series counts as one match.
2. MVP Calculation Improvements
✦ MVP scores will now be calculated using the following metrics (all weighted equally):
* Kills
* Assists
* Damage Dealt
* Damage Taken
* Healing
* Ally Revives
* Pillars Captured (new)
Each adventurer's MVP score will be calculated based on the above metrics.
MVP and SMVP will be determined using the following priority:
* MVP Score → Kills → Damage Dealt
3. Added Player Number Display
✦ To make it easier to identify players during matches, player number displays have been improved beginning with this season.
* Player numbers will continue to be displayed in the team interface.
* During Elimination matches, your team can see the player numbers above enemy characters.
* Spectators can see player numbers for both teams.
* Player numbers for both teams will also be displayed on the results screen.
4. Battle Result Data Display
✦ Adventurer statistics on the results screen will now be sorted in the following order:
* MVP / SMVP → Pillars Captured → Kills → Damage Dealt → Participating Players → Non-Participating Players
5. Matchmaking Optimization
✦ Matchmaking during the qualifier stage has been optimized to reduce score differences between opposing teams.
6. Spectator View Optimization
✦ Optimized team name displays for both sides in spectator mode.
Additional Notes
✦ This tournament will use the latest version of ROX Global currently operated by the organizer (maximum Base Level: 100). If a version update occurs during the tournament, the latest version will be used.
✦ Starting from the elimination stage, the organizer will not arrange rematches unless a serious issue occurs that significantly affects game balance or prevents the match from proceeding.
✦ From qualifiers, elimination rounds, to the finals, players must prepare their own devices and network environment. Mobile devices or PC clients may be used, but players must make sufficient preparations in advance to avoid affecting the competition due to device issues. The organizer will not be responsible for interruptions or abnormalities caused by device-related issues, including but not limited to device lag, network latency, or mobile notification pop-ups.
✦ All players must complete all pre-match configurations before the competition begins, including equipment setup, vision settings, camera angle adjustments, and any other performance-related settings.
✦ Players must follow fair play principles. Any behavior that damages tournament fairness is prohibited, including but not limited to match-fixing, collusion, use of third-party programs, or cheating devices. Players should also avoid inappropriate language during matches to maintain a healthy competitive environment.
✦ The organizer reserves the right to intervene and control malicious score farming behaviors.
All participants should compete with integrity, respect their opponents and the rules, and work together to maintain a fair competitive environment.
✦ All intellectual property rights related to this tournament belong to the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to use tournament-related materials, VODs, interviews, surveys, and other content for operation, promotion, and livestreaming purposes.
✦ The ROX Global Tournament Committee reserves the final right of interpretation regarding these rules.

New PvP Damage Verification Test Mode
A new PvP Damage Test feature has been added to the game.
The details are as follows:
1. Create Room
• Players can create a test room through the [Test] button in the Event interface by consuming 10,000 Zeny.
• Other players can join an existing test room through the [Participate] button.
• Independent test rooms are supported and will not affect normal PvP gameplay.
• Test rooms include three modes to meet different PvP testing needs: Arena Training, W.O.C Training, GVG League Training.
2. UI Description
• The current test room mode will be displayed in the upper-right corner of the game interface.
• The damage test panel will be displayed on the left side of the game interface.
• The Target Settings/Monster AI/Invincible buttons have been removed
3. Environment Rules
The Free Arena environment retains the previous rules.
The W.O.C and GVG League environments add additional rules based on the Free Arena environment. Detailed rules are as follows:

VIP Card Optimization
To better support adventurer's growth, we have fully upgraded the VIP Card system. The details are as follows:
1. Rule Adjustments
a. The Privilege Selection feature has been removed. During the activation period, all privileges of the current VIP tier will be activated automatically.
b. When multiple VIP tiers are active at the same time, only the highest-tier VIP Card will take effect. The remaining lower-tier VIP durations will be paused.
c. When the higher-tier VIP Card expires, the lower-tier VIP Card will automatically resume activation.
2. Privilege Adjustments
a. VIP 1 (W's Prize)
i. Added priority access to purchase Diamonds from the Exchange Center.
ii. Increased the monthly Diamond purchase limit from 30,000 to 50,000.
iii. Added the ability to activate Instance Mania.
b. VIP 2 (Telling's Support)
i. Added priority access to purchase Diamonds from the Exchange Center.
ii. Increased Weight Limit: the previous +2,000 and +3,000 Weight Limit privileges have been combined into a single +5,000 Weight Limit privilege.
iii. Increased the monthly Diamond purchase limit from 30,000 to 100,000.
c. VIP 3 (Clarice's Reply)
i. Added priority access to purchase Diamonds from the Exchange Center.
ii. Increased Weight Limit: the previous +2,000 and +3,000 Weight Limit privileges have been combined into a single +5,000 Weight Limit privilege.
iii. Increased the monthly Diamond purchase limit from 30,000 to 200,000.
iv. Increased daily Mini-game reward attempts from 1 to 2.
3. Existing VIP Card Holders
a. Players with active VIP Cards will automatically receive all privileges of their current tier.
b. Players holding multiple VIP tiers will have the highest-tier VIP Card activated first.
c. Previously purchased VIP Cards will automatically take effect on the day of the update.

Exchange Center Listing Restriction
Due to upcoming adjustments to certain pet-related items in future updates, we will temporarily restrict the listing of all Gold [Pet Cages] and [Skill Books] in the Diamond Auction House.
After a future update, the selling method for these items will be adjusted:
They will be moved from the Diamond Auction House to the Diamond Exchange Center.

• Reduced the completion requirement for the Kingdom Pass task: New Player Support Assist Chest (where veteran players assist new players) to 100 chests.
• Added an Email Binding feature to the User Center in Game Settings.
• Fixed an issue where the Exit button in Auto Gathering overlapped with event icons.
• Fixed an issue where the expiration date was incorrectly added to GVG League Exchange Medals.
• Fixed an issue where the Unidentified Jellyfish mount was missing its animation effects.
• Fixed an issue where mentor student graduation task progress was counted incorrectly.
• To align with the schedule of War of the Chosen S4, the end date of this season will be postponed from 23:59 on August 28, 2026, to 23:59 on August 29, 2026. Please note that the reward redemption deadline will remain unchanged.
• Fixed an issue where using the Assassin’s Roll Away during Hiding would not reset the cooldown of Hiding.
